Culp is turning it around alright straight down the main drain goes the work force. A page out of JW play book.

Culp has helped but before the ship can really turn around, there needs to be a wholesale cleaning out of most of the upper and middle mgmt. So far they have only done that in GE Digital. I also agree with the poster below, if you are not mgmt right now, best option is to find a place outside of GE.

Really need to fix the GE culture though, its v toxic and full of difficult, my way or highway people. Culture is broken most of all in the company.

Yes, the rudder is busted....we are circling the drain

The rudder is broken, that's why we're turning around. All were going to do is just go around and around in circles until we run out of steam. It's going to be a wild ride at least.

The bottom line the original post is so wrong.
The ship ISNT turning around it must of been a typo.

Bottom line, Culp has risked his well-earned Danaher reputation on this turnaround. Being a board member he walked with eyes open. He knows what he is doing.

Lest we forget ☝... that General Electric Co. Is STILL being investigated by the SEC & FBI for Accused past indiscretions and questionable deals regarding Healthcare Equipment with China and Brazil.
So just when all APPEARS to be going well, THIS issue may rise up its ugly head and knock GE off its high and mighty throne of false security, which THEY have been successfully feeding the Sheeple and Bottom Feeders that enjoy drinking the Kool-Aid.
So here are some Parting words of the wise to some of the Unwise...
GET OUT WHILE THE GETTINS' GOOD,,,TODAY !!!
It's the best time, before it's too late and the "Lifeboats" are filled with all of the ESSENTIAL Employees.

301’s ship already has small holes, it’s starting to slowly sink, soon it’ll go down fast. Silver bracelets are heavy, they don’t float.

One person’s trash is another person’s treasure. Culp is sifting through every piece and putting it in the proper bin.

Until the trash is taken out, it will never get cleaned up. Sweeping under the carpet, isn't cleaning up.

The sweetheart deal helped make lay off’s possible. If the new BA stops listening to the P we might get our Union back. The BA needs to see that the P doesn’t follow our Constitution or By-Laws, and everything he does benefits the company. It’s been that way for years, the new BA needs to stop following his advice if he wants to be successful. There’s a reason the P didn’t want anyone to know it was just him and the ex BA who signed the Consolidation Agreement. Otherwise, why try to hide it, why lie? Then again, maybe there will be a shake up on Broadway, that audit is taking an unusually long time. According to the DOL website a routine audit doesn’t take long. This audit should have been done a long time ago if nothing concerning was found. What’s the hold up? This Union Loser knows how much influence the Union Officials have in Schenectady. If you think they don’t you’re wrong, if you think all of them are working for us, you’re also wrong. Some keep trying.

Pretty sad as a union member we get more info be it legit or bs than we get from our union officials.

On March 1st 2021 all the hopes and dreams of the 301 union will loose and give back more. On 03/01/2021 the layoff will come. Unless another sweetheart deal is done

Only site union members can voice their opinions without being criticized and labeled losers or morbid? You are entitled to your own opinion as well. Equality for all! HaHa

Earnings release isn't gonna be a explosive announcement overall. But the fact that a lot sooner than originally thought, GE is no longer bleeding billions of dollars and will be cash positive before 2021! Thats gonna make stick tick up, but its still not worth double digits by any means. When the mo–ns running the shows get the boot, then the businesses can start to turn around!!

@zdj+17rjCKDf. That's obviously not true, otherwise the whole C-suite would have been replaced. There would also be some long time exec's (VP's and such) that would have been shown the door, regardless of GE's stance on diversity. Shuffling these execs around is just a shell game. The fat needs to be trimmed at ALL levels.

Culp's only objective is to turn it around and save GE. That's it. There is nothing that says he can't do it without cutting jobs or closing plants down. Even if the stock sky rockets, it still may not save your job. Anything attached to the old ways will probably be discarded.

LMFAO....The only thing Culp has done is renegotiate HIS contract to benefit from being an under performer. He benefits from the sale of bio pharma to Danaher (imagine that). He has no skin in the game!!!
