If you’re half a month, that’s a lawsuit all day. If you’re within five years lawsuit is also the correct path. They know the game they’re playing. Unfortunately, when you cut so many people that are impacted, you can’t hide or cover up the details quick enough. In the end when people Sue all they get back is usually what they would’ve had anyway plus all the stress How the company hasn’t figured this out is amazing.

My pension value is still 20% below what I had in 2022. I am looking at working for 2 more years to get it back to where it was in 2022. I have lost 4 years of my pension fund gains because of the interest rate increase. I should have retired in 2022.

I am one of the 50+ 8500 pension employees who hasn’t hit pension acceleration yet, and every day, I wonder if it’s going to be my last, especially after the complete BS inaccurate year-end review. I’ve never been more sure that I’m being targeted.

I’ve got documentation up the wazoo from the past year detailing the way that I’ve been treated by my immediate management.

I was one of the “ballast” firings to make it look like Ford wasn’t firing people because they had a pension.

I am the right age to offset another person with a pension.

@a7+1jsmw3fbj, there is a document you can request, from the nesc site, that is mailed to you, that gives them. I think anyone can get it or maybe just GRP?

and @ac+1jsmw3fbj, GRP is what got me cut. I was 1/2 a month til the lump sum increase when I was suddenly cut.

There will be down to few hundreds by 2030. This is normal… if you have GRP , consider yourself lucky.

Where can we look up these numbers?
