FS under Divya has no strategy or talent. She who has zero experience in this space thinks she can bring her equally incompetent team and fix this. The ship is sinking and with her faster than expected

She is the most incompetent MC hire by Mike. She has no clue how to grow a business or be a leader. Worst of the lot, beats JG and AG. She will do cuts and waste $$$ for a year or two and then they will have to split the company.

@17p Once and for all, MW is not qualified. Moving to BH and kissing any MC that walks by back end is hardly a qualifier. If he is the real deal, prove it by getting that job elsewhere, not happening for him. Enough already

Take a tally, she has only promoted men in to expanded roles! Only brought men in that are of certain origin. I think she is more useless every day and I have not heard one person say anything positive about her. What a leader!!! Bravo

@17p that’s why

Why would they not promote MW? He knows the industry and respected by clients. He would have been a better fit than her. She just follows whatever ChatGPT shows on her phone.

I have been out of Fiserv for 5 years or so now. So I am way behind. What makes me sad is we had some really good people in the Director/VP level. Its too bad they can't get promoted up to better positions and stop some of this outside hiring of poor leaders.

  • Yes I know the good ones are mostly gone, I still know a few good ones there.
  • Yes I know there are a ton of bad VP's (actually all levels), I left because I couldn't respect some of the VPs and SVPs.

The magic was employing people who gave a sh-t.

We got rid of people who cared. The ones left over and the replacements that were hired do not give a sh-t.

@10c nothing FIG/OFS was always a mediocre entity producing god awful software, just without First Data’s debt. Always full of completely mediocre talent

@z5 I’ve heard about the original “Fiserv magic.” What did they do differently from how FIG operates now, and why was it better?

by

Post ID: @10c+1kp6zkks8

@z0 Well she did shuffle the chairs all in the name of "client first" and then put the same old tired leaders from Product in place that have delivered such wonderful results over the years and put them in charge of everything. She listened to Gelb and Foskett who have zero idea on what original Fiserv did and who the talent is. Everyone in charge of FIG below her is "Friend of Frank". Let that settle in.

She someone who has no idea about Fiserv business or this industry or tech & ops but has opinion about everything and everyone LOL. Takis is a great example of growth focused leadership and she is nothing but a person who is in the role without any capability. You can forget growth and get ready for cuts.

@wj because she had such amazing IPO experience as CFO of General Motors…. When she took GM public?!?? LMAO. Good story line you present though. She cld be a better CFO than the job she has. No way she should be in front of people or clients or running tech ops. Behind a desk.

@t7 So in your amazing expert opinion- a startup who wants to go public hires a seasoned public company CFO, and will keep her when they abandon their plans to float an IPO. How many startups have you seen do otherwise?

@tj The comment was she has no executive PRESENCE.. not experience! Who cares is Mike hire… he messed this one up. She is sc--wing up and putting poor talent in place. They’re going to help Dibya fail… get out while ya can

She has executive experience at Optum, so that appears to be a misstatement. I am not defending her. She has accepted that we can use "AI" to cure the expense issues facing Fiserv. Also, she is Mike's hire. These comments about her poor execution etc go to him.

@d8 She didn’t last at Stripe because she had conflicts with founders… pushed out because she was USELESS!!! Go ask anyone in the industry who is in know.

She is epically uninspiring!! And .. ZERO executive presence coupled with no knowledge of the biz, worst hire of all time!! No improvement from Gibbons - we are doomed.

All of you racist and negative people are the issue. Maybe get to work instead of posting this b.s. If you listened to what they said and had any level of competence or decency, you wouldn’t be posting this horrible nonsense. Get on board or get out! YOU ARE THE ISSUE!

@f2 To understand organizational culture, understand client concerns, attrition rate, sales pipeline, product backlog, financials —4 weeks is 2 weeks too long. The competition is moving at breakneck speed and there are gurus on this forum who know everything about running a BU better than a seasoned leader. Then they also think she “runs” the business herself. That is why all of you are here: work for her and meet the goals set by your firm. Go and do that first. Or polish your resume and get out.

They moved the camera cutting out the two Americans.

AI is useless for what I do. But they are insistent on forcing us to use it. I guess I can have Copilot auto accept Outlook meeting invites XD

Shuffle the deck, lots of talk, these people make 20 times if not more than the people that actually move this place, all in the name of AI. What a fking joke.

How can she go from COO of Stripe to COO of Fiserv or whatever position she has? To come from a competitor, wouldn’t this be an issue from a non-compete standpoint… you’d think Stripe would have a problem with that. $20 million net worth to come up with CHI and not bring in any meaningful change is interesting.

This is such a bullsh-t cop out. Instead of having what we need to improve client health we get this vague directive without any real guidance, tools, or resources.

So fu--ing d-mb to fixate on AI as a panacea when our sh-t just doesn’t work and we need people and money to fix it.
