This will soak up margins over the entire company. Everyone will be asked to cut to make up for another leadership failure. 2024 is another lost year for employees already. They could get sued by many small practices. They are paying a lot to panw. Making loans to appease providers.

LOL!!!!!!! Y’all make me laugh with your comments. Endless meetings is the job of execs. The work and knowledge lies in the workers. If they are promoted, who will need meetings? Execs would become obsolete and their imcompetence would be known to the world. The status quo cannot be messed with. Shhh. Get back to work and stop complaining. You should be happy you have a job and work for a fortune x company. LoL
@yxg+1rnXxZAG Hint, most are like that. Maybe not direct managers but almost all Sr. Directors and above seem to do nothing but setup never ending discussions about the "right approach" but then never makes a decision and wastes millions.
I know that during any given shift I had 2-3 supervisors and at least that many of their favorites, i.e., helpers. Totally unnecessary to be that top heavy. Lots of supes and lots of snotty helpers can be let go.

Cut it from the top they have salaries that are ridiculous and make these buying decisions.
