@yw if you were never moved over to ATS and then moved back then yea you can’t access you pension until you separate from the company. This isn’t Altice specific, this is the norm for pensions and company sponsored retirement accounts.
Never mover to ATS. Can't take it out we were told.

@sy if you were in any department that was moved to ATS before they were brought back to Altice USA then you did have that opportunity 10 years ago. As far as far as being mad that you can’t do it when the company changes its name, it’s still the same company so why would you think that?
it would be nice if I can access my frozen pension plan money. Bunch of bull! Could have invested it and made a whole lot more. New company name, we should be able to take it out.

I’m not sure who would buy it at this point. The FTTH build outs have been subpar at best. The HFC plants have been ignored and allowed to literally fall off the poles in most markets and the upgrades they have done to some of the HFC areas this year are…. Well let’s just say it was money wasted as usual.

I'm as critical as anyone and it wont change anything else but but this was a good move, distancing from Altice is the right thing to do.
