that said the dell culture is to be hybrid; so if your 60 years old ish, then it doesn't matter, but if you want to work another 10+ years, you as top talent, have a least 1-2 years to get a new job

Anyone that moved far away from an office was a fool. Thinking this remote office would last forever is crazy talk. People deluded themselves.
