Leaks from VP’s about notices… Emails from E*trade referencing close dates…
Where is our fearless C suite? I guess they are still in bed, as it’s still early on the west coast, dreaming of all that $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$.

What happened to Dimwit? Very quiet not seen anything for months
October 30th
Broadcom just publicly announced a close date of October 31st. Where are the communications from our leader? Thinking he checked out already…
The whole "we have no information" is pure lies and nothing more. EVERYTHING HAS been decided, it's just not being revealed that is just the reality. Thinking that any decision has not already been made is just being naive.
It will go from "we have no further information" to "you're being let go" in one single day...trust me!
Yes yes and yes. For f’s sake, what if you missed an email for some reason. Too bad. A damn reminder from your manager on a very important deadline that could have a big financial impact would be more than appropriate! Consider all the damn BS email we get all the time on bullsh-t.
Those are happening. It doesn't need to come from the top, it can come from your leadership. It's all the same. C-levels expect some of this messaging to come from department leads. If yours is not telling you anything, that's more an issue in your department than it is with executives. They're not going to babysit 100 VPs and 800 Sr. Dirs.
You just need to sit it out and wait. Nothing you can do. No one has any power. It’s all in Hocks hands now. Stop being pus**us and wait it out. Acquisitions are hard for some people but what’s the use in stressing when you have no control. They won’t communicate because a lot is not know and in some cases they make a lot up along the way
To disseminate information to a large company like ours, you have to be diligent with communicating the same important information over and over and over again through different channels. Emails, slack channels, managers, all-hands, etc. HR understands this as they take this tactic with DEI, but not so much regarding important questions related to layoffs. Hmmm
There was an update on official broadcom acquisition ama channel by an SVP yesterday along with a FAQ of over 40 questions related to this
How many AMAs have we had that are totally useless. The signal to noise ratio is terrible. Slack channels are filled with cr-p just the same.

What do you want? Someone to call to your house, cook you dinner and read it out to you...
Get over yourself...
Everyone, check your inbox for an email. It has everything you need to know. kthxbai"

This is exactly not how to lead.
F VMware , I hope hock F’s these leaders in the A!
@yln+1oairEFx, LOL! Of course you’re right, but why was it drafted like that and then silence and only this shabby email?
It’s strange that they wouldn’t publicly announce the Election Deadline as this is stated in the Merger Agreement as to be happening. An email from E-Trade is not a public announcement.
What do you want them to say?

Again, for the people in the back row or those in a coma for the past year, C-levels will not and cannot comment as it will violate SEC securities laws.
This has been the case since last May. It has not changed, nor will it ever change.
What VP leaks?
Relax, clown
