So what exactly is going to happen to long time employees who got shafted last year, and were told we'll take care of you next year? All this talk of redlines being removed, caps done away with, and yet nobody seems to know anything about how this all might go down. Because if CVS doesn't do something about pay rates, new hires will basically make as much as a long time veteran.

Just merit raises for operation managers from what I'm hearing. Slap in the face.
what happens to operation supervisors that are making 17.50 will they get more money to or just stay in that bracket.??
That's assuming they give the tenure adjustments. Last year only certain people got the tenure part, not everyone.
Tenure adjustments will be added up to 10% increase
so, if a supervisor is making $15.00 hour and chaser $15.00 I think something needs to change .or all supervisors walk out.??what do you all think?
@yld+1gL7AiMd Yes, that part I know. But what's gonna happen to long time employees who might only be making $1 more an hour than a new hire?
July 2022, the pay rate for front store is 15.00 per. hour near the NJ area.
