I hate to see the infighting on here but, i guess its to be expected considering the gravity of it all. Watching this unfold it seemed like today's call defined the lines of who is national vs regional but, it sounds like the deals are already being made again. Seems like even if your job title is 'national' you can be designated regional? Doesn't seem fair when one national group is designated regional and gets to be remote, and another similar group designated national, and has to move. A little extra fairness would go along way right now. (Note: maybe not have a hard stop on probably one of the most impactful call topics we have ever had, where the Q&A was so robust). Just listening to the concerns, no matter how long it takes, would give a feeling of importance that seems to be needed right now.

It’s all who you know and even then, how much who you know likes you.
@ykz+1piXw0dF - You have to be kidding? So people who are classified as national are getting to stay regional and people who are classified as regional are being told to move to Houston?
He listed some jobs that would need to stay regional and reasons why… one of them was my position and we’re all being moved to Houston! We’ve been wondering how some essential functions might get done and this hardly makes me feel more confident.

I love that the communication of this entire thing is hidden beneath layers of meetings that not everyone is invited to.
I know for a fact that I am impacted, yet was not in the know about the Southpointe meetings, and now hearing that there was another call I missed yesterday? Absolutely insane.
I hate to ask this, but was there any pertinent info that came from yesterday's meeting I should know?
