@yh I digress here. Whereas majority of the H1B*tches are here because their compatriot overlord called them over for (unofficial) indentured labor, it is harsh to say they aren't smart because some of them genuinely are. Specially those coming from their top 10. I have personally worked with some of them. Although most such encounters happened in my previous jobs. So may be strictly from the context of Qualcomm, I tend to agree with you. Seems like the creme in India veer off from the road to Q as I haven't met those genius kind here.
@x4
Nah, occam's razor.
They aren't smart.
No one uses their universities.
No one goes to their country.
All the white countries that took them in are dying.
@c3 never! Not because they don't have the talent. They do but what they lack utterly is good, non-toxic, objective and constructive management which fosters creative thinking rather than herd following. They will never have a global company like QCOMM.
Funny how they frame this. It’s a cheap re-use of previous premium program. They didn’t ‘design’ anything
San Diego people are indians with H1Bs anyways, they will be shipped to India to work there. Q will close office in US and will be delisted from NYSE, it will be 100% indian.
Most advanced engineering at Q is moving to India. San Diego people just resting and vesting
Jeetcomm
@OP it means that the chip will be used to make garlic naan and butter chicken
After making all the software unusable with bugs, now they gonna destroy hardware as well, bad news for Q! CA has single handedly destroyed this company in just 5 years!
They use automated tools from Cadence and TSMC, nothing to brag about! Still, If this is true, expect countless problems with this chip, hhhhh
Awesome.
When are the indians going to figure out how to start and create their own company.
