Anybody with 10% or more incomplete OKR's for 2024 will be let go. Anybody who had less than 16 complete OKR's will be let go. Sorry managers, wellnomics risks don't count unless you have high risk people which count as a negative. Everybody else will be graded on the impact of their completed OKR's and only those with a B+ or above will make the cut.
90-100 is way too many we need to be at 70k but can only afford 50k. Learn simple math
