What does it say about the MinisodaHQ that they have to go offshore to find C-level leaders?

That’s the operating model .. let’s take it all to show case we are the biggest with zero integrity and ethical values. Look at all the lawsuits, investigation by Congress, RIFs - the brand new has been built on quick sand for sometime now M&A to show artificial growth..Yet the so called leadership feel “safe” like ostrich heads in the sand .. they continued ti be rewarded with more stock options/bonuses.. accountability = none
It's broken because companies like UHG/Optum suspect all practioners are trying to sc--w the insurance companies when truth is exactly the opposite. As a former employed nurse there I could write a book on the atrocities I saw. I got myself out.
How little did she know what she preached 2 years ago .. (see link below) was not in alignment with the “boss” who hired her - bottom line driven .. read on. Sometime “snake oil” salesman can sell you lies ..smh
