Does anyone have solid info if layoffs will happen this coming Thursday?

I looked back at the payroll calendar, and you're right. 4/18 was not a payday week. Now I'm also questioning the 7/18 date. Where did everyone get that date from?

July 18th is a payday week. It’s my understanding that they don’t lay off on a payday week.
What depts and positions are being notified that jul 18th is layoff day?
No but large amounts being notified Jul 18 with Aug 1 term.
