Why is it that if you stay at intel then you must be using the good ol boy system and not have skills lol. DUDE I have worked Semiconductor Maufacturing for over 25 years. My skill are specialized. I worked at Intel for 13 of those year. If I'm being paid well why would I leave. I'm not leaving a job to find a new job because I'm afraid my current job will go away. That doesn't make sense. Those who leave feel insecure about their employment and want to leave so they can feel in control or safe. That not a feeling I have to worry about. If I'm let go I will find another Job. Until then I'm have a job and I will continue to work.
@yaq... go home and work. No racist or evil intent here. Seriously, when good people leave impoverished countries they do more damage than good. Your home country need strong people like you to build the economy and help everyone. Sending money home to your family isn't the answer.
