Actually the video whiteboard is a good explainer of how ratings work, Nielsen included. It's the voice over that is annoying.
Oddly, Nielsen developed and tested nearly the same solution over a decade ago but it never made it to market. So there is could be patent infringement or a licensing agreement with Nielsen.

My God! At some point these systems will measure when people are having s-x near a TV! I know for a fact Nielsen does not care at all about panelist privacy but this one is next level!!!
