@cd One thing is certain, you’re clearly unaware of hiring trends at Waters (you the gardener or something similar?) Waters can’t find top talent because of location and low pay. Waters can find however source an endless supply of low talent ex consultants who are useless narcissists, just like our current LT.
@OP One thing is certain, Waters will continue having a very long multiple interview processes of very talented people just to get free consulting advice with no job in existance
