Someone hopefully has or will post in Ciruit the stock sell by ELT and shady trading that was known to them before announcing layoffs. This is a crime and should be accountable

Isn't there a blackout period for those at a certain grade and higher ? Can't sell or buy stocks within a period of earnings

This is the classic I know what is going to happen so let me short. They knew what was about to happen.
I don't think anyone in ELT is stupid enough to make such sale. That's a guaranteed way of becoming a recognized criminal.
Ask Wall St analysts for evidents.
Their planned sales are not illegal. The move of the earnings date by a week resulted in them profiting. Probably still not illegal. Optics? Very shady.
