It’s a new year, where are you Elliot?

Elliot has been quiet since their investigation on the fiber business. I know that massive layoffs are coming up soon but please make it asap, I don’t want to sit there listening to my lame director saying “let’s put effort into making this company a success”, “what can we do as a team to improve the business”, “what can us managers do to keep you all motivated to make crown one of the strongest companies”

@1ftx+1qm4h5XZ, your RSU was awarded to you last year at $130 a share. It only peaked at $118 after Elliott got involved. You're still down....... Proof that our managers are incompetent. They don't even understand how they're compensated.

@pwe+1qm4h5XZ, historically at Crown, there has always been a severance with a lay off. Until I see clear evidence otherwise, it is safe to say history will repeat itself.

Op: Sometimes I feel like you. Just ride it out till the end and take my severance pay. But, these last several months - the way we have been jerked around has been really difficult for me. I’m just not sure it’s healthy to keep staying in this negative environment.

Some people may not know this, but you can leave Crown on your own. You don’t have to wait around and listen to anybody if you don’t want to. This is America, you’re free to do as you please.

Why are Directors and managers asking, what can we do??? What??? Why are we paying you??? Shouldn’t YOU have the answers??? If not, resign and get out of the way so others who know how to lead can lead. Oh, but I forgot, you really don’t want to hear what needs to be done because all comments and suggestions are stifled or rejected. Plus, you have your nepo jobs and security and you really don’t care what happens to the company and others as long as YOU are not affected. Don’t worry, Elliott is continuing to look at the books and major changes are coming and more upper management heads will roll. Just give the Elliott process time to unfold.

What can the over paid managers do? Resign and let the real workers in the field do their job. Plus, your resignation will help get rid of dead weight and corporate expenses. This is a message for the EMT and ALL Directors and Managers!!
