This was the plan. Sell off everything to shed debt. Make it attractive for a PE firm as they want the name and book of business. I figure all tech work will go contractor or somebody else picks it up. They don’t give two cents about the CEs that’s proven.

"So what happens to us if this deal does'nt go thru?"

My best guess? The company would have to file for bankruptcy. The current debt to cash ratio is absurd - without the sale, they will never pay off this level of debt.

However, this was one of the best growing segments the company still had left, so investors will only see dwindling opportunities for growth after the sale completes. But it will be in a much better place financially speaking if the sale does go through.

In Serbia, NCR is not allowed to have an mandatory overtime, nor is anyone forced to work outside of working hours. As NCR was subsidied by goverement, regulations are quite tight, unlike a lot of stuff in Serbia. There is also movement of positions from Serbia to Cebu, especially the one's that are not customer facing.

I can see Voyix being sold to an Indian company. We already have a large presence there and the workforce are flogged to death.

Serbia hasn’t worked out, they only work allotted hrs and sign off even if a firestorm is raging.

There's a rumour flying around NCR Voyix that Voyix will be sold to an Indian company in 2025. Not sure what will happen to Atleos.
