We are so overwhelmed with work processes and claims load. Too many states to know. No training. No real help. Just stress Will it ever improve? Co workers you don’t know, jobs going offshore. Terrible for the customers and employees. What happened ?

It’s been Chaos and disorganization ever since transformative growth rolled out with the massive layoffs. Licenses are now required in more states by adjusters to take on more work . Less staffing and more work equals more stress for everyone and there’s nothing we can do about the morale . The more adjusters quit means no unemployment or severance . India is getting licensed and trained to take over auto and property inspections by early 2022.
The prior post nailed it. To them, this is a monopoly game. When the time is right, they’ll take their money and walk away from the table.
Ultimately, and clearly, the end customers will discover the disfunctions.
Can't really compete with that.
A few bad news stories on coverage difficulty - good hands what?
Standing on the hands - that's circus stuff. What about feet?
What happened is Tom and Glenn and the gang wanted more money. They don't care about you and your stress. They don't care about the morale. And they don't care about the customers. They will keep getting paid and when the loss of customers catch up to the bottom line Tom and Glenn will bail along with their accumulated riches leaving a beaten and broken wasteland behind.
