Clearly you don't work in support, guessing watching all your co-workers get told they no longer have jobs or they have to train there replacements cause there cheaper is not a reason to be angry. Replacements mind you that just make more work for me because basic troubleshooting goes over there heads so have to start from scratch when you get there cases.
If you have this much distrust why the he-l our you even working there.
Or are you just so angry that you want to make sure no other people enjoy the job.

These are the same executives that said there will not be layoffs followed up a couple weeks later to having these layoffs. Wouldn't be surprised if the next phase of genpact starts in February getting pushed from up top to get support cases closed. Probably to help with the take over so they don't have to go through a few thousand cases before the queues build up again.
Executives mentioned during multiple town halls that they have stopped the fit and focus initiative
