My entire team was added to STEER a couple of months ago, so I assume we're on the chopping block. Several of my team mates have quit (found other roles outside Citi). I haven't had any luck yet, though I'm actively searching. How long after the add to Steer does one have? Also, what does the severance package entail?
Just wondering if there's a method to the madness, so I can brace myself.

@xh it’s nonworking so no … dont go into the office
Other question besides this if I am on non working period still getting paychecks is it still mandatory to go into the office? I am assuming not as that would not make any sense
@er thanks. This is good to know. I'll check workday.
@a4 June is very much confirmed. Services doing some in April
Search workday for separation pay plan and read the whole plan. Those affected typically have a 60 day nonworking period where they are still getting paychecks. Then they get a lump sum for one paycheck for every full year of service. Also, you will get paid for any accrued vacation time not taken. Also, you will get your 401(k) match in March of the following year.
June very likely is the time
