Shouldn’t the annual merit increase be visible in workday today?

Confirming that if there was no merit increase at EOY there’s two specific reasons - your comp ratio is high, in the Workday tool HR have blocked any attempt by a manager to change it :( (I’ve tried). People who came in from EMC had higher salaries than Dell equivalent, and now they’re being punished for it (as opposed to raising Dell salaries to match).
Secondly, it’s a performance issue (as designated by a manager).
Zero percent for me this year. Glad we had a good year for the investors at least...insert eye roll here.
2% I would barely notice in my check anyhow. Apparently the company needs the money more than me.
4% this year, but I have been busy all year.
Others got 2.5-3%, didn’t hear anything higher than mine.
I was told mine takes effect 4/26/24. For what that’s worth
@jnh+1rPHn8HC Obviously some of us are sc--wed in Ireland.
Increase is coming for all those part of the Dell "family" keep working hard!
You had a meeting with your manager the ln you get the numbers on a PDF then in the appropriate pay. Ireland I could see it in my payslip 2 days before I got paid.
@xfi+1rPHn8HC - Merit in the US at least didn't hit in the last pay cycle. should be 2 weeks out
Ask your manager.
it will be reflected on the 4/13 payroll.
Your manager should have had a discussion with you around your bonus payout % and merit increase before the end of April. Even if merit was 0% they were should have mentioned that fact. This current paycheck reflects any increase.
should have been in your check on Friday.
I have nothing in my workday! Is safe to assume i have no merit increase either!
Should be. Unfortunately for some we have been told no increase again this year.3 years running.
