Thread regarding National Oilwell Varco Inc. layoffs

The Conundrum!

Would you first fix the problem of zero raise, no overtime pay, no promotion, no perks in 7 years for the current employers, than hiring new or re-hiring the laid-off employees, when the market picks up?

The problem is that we pay for people like Segway riders. It’s a double whammy, it’s costs us a lot of money and they make our company worse. If you have talent, move on. I think I’m too old to move on .

crybaby
Who goes to a page like this to get on the people that post derogatory comments? Do you not have a life? Let people vent, let people complain, let people be but if you don't like it, get off this page and get your sorry butt back to work. Go on now boy!

I would not doubt you are Segway himself, trying to pretend to be the tough guy. Be a man and stop looking for gossip. Do your job and thank your madam boss she is still letting you stick around because everyone knows your are a huge piece OS.

Quit with the whining. If your unhappy with the company leave already. It's not rocket science.

You fix the problem by getting a new job . NOV isn't the only rodeo. Far from it.
