4 days in the office a week does not apply to everyone. Employees that take customer service calls only have to come into the office 2 days a week while everyone else has to come into the office 4 days a week
@x2a it is not mandatory for employees at Hills. The customer service department agents only have to come into the office 2 times a week still and everyone else has to come in 4 days a week
@zzs the service department only has to come in two days a week still at Hills while everyone else has to come in 4 days a week
@16by For those asking how many more they can cut ..... the answer is a bunch because if you haven't noticed CP people are working 24x7 now. Despite the messaging we get this is expected by our leaders.

Colgate-Palmolive's Outlook Remains Cautious As Restructuring Plans Take Shape.
Streamlining for Growth
Colgate-Palmolive announced a new three-year productivity program aimed at driving future growth and advancing its 2030 strategy.
The program focuses on aligning the organizational structure with strategic priorities, optimizing the global supply chain for greater agility and efficiency, and streamlining operations to reduce overhead costs.
Cumulative pre-tax charges associated with the program are expected to total between $200 million and $300 million once all initiatives are approved and implemented, with substantially all charges anticipated to be incurred by December 31, 2028.
@zzs There will still be plenty of people who will not come back to the office, the little favorites will still be the little favorites.
@xsv Let's see them make the people return who still haven't even done their 2 days in the office yet.....
@xb9 There are no jobs that require fully remote anymore, they should eliminate any remote jobs first.
@x6m Sure, there are full remote positions like full-stack developers that are exempt. The vast majority are subject to this RTO.
@x2a Only for those who are not on the favorites list, there are plenty of remote positions that will be exempt.
CP is going to mandatory 4 days in office starting in September. Not a layoff, but a workforce reduction will definitely result.
