If I was new I'd take 3 months big red experience then go apply at TMO with higher hourly and individual commission. use your noggin

Our greeter saw how our customers acted in a Verizon Store ,( aggressive, condescending, entitled, and can't or wont do anything on there own like ) ( pay a bill, constant content transfer, emails or apps that have nothing to do with vzw plus many more other issues.we haven't seen her in a week. Gm having the weekend off and the Monday a week before Christmas (what retail job would let him get away with this?) Schedule all the reps to work overtime without asking,a little hypocrisy ,right! Ast mgrs leaving early while putting reps on 10am to 730 pm shifts Ast mgr greeter at door just signing people in the queue and not qualifying customers or telling them of the supply issues ( you could hire someone off the street and they would do a better job! By the way this is the guy that always comes in late and leaves early? While blaming the reps on morale problems and complaining! Nice work culture all with the anti employee survey over our head! This in a store in the northeast.

@wyg+1epPF92x There were four new hires going back to September in that district. now three of them will be gone at the end of this month. Managers are doing a poor job in interviews and just hiring because of desperation. Verizon is going to have to step up to the plate and increase wages for everyone to get anyone to stay.

Probably some gamers who thought Verizon was stil a good place to work for, but then got hired at t mobile instead

Only 3? That's pretty normal for any new hire class for retail. Nothing special.

It's a thin margin of people whom would stick around. They likely have zero job experience, be desperate for employment and be on the less intelligent side.
