No more RTO, it is now just O. Office.

Coffee break is over, now get back to work.

Emails are monthly. "Final" notice means, you have received your third notice, and it is the most threatening with things like termination. It's only been 3 months since they announced RTO4, so I imagine mid October we will see if there is a 4th notice for those people, or the axe drops.

When was the last email sent out, are they monthly?

Someone on here said they got a "final" notice what does that mean, ie. we're done sending or further action will be taken in the future, does the email specify?

Ford human resources is absolutely incompetent.

Let's post them up in The Hub! Let's reward incompetence! That's all this company does.

I was on Vacation for two weeks recently. My manager and myself both got emails to explain why I wasn’t in the office. Ford human resources is absolutely incompetent. All they’re doing is irritating everyone to the point where they’re getting substandard work. Upper management thinks you’re doing a good thing with this Not See RTO policing stuff but they’re actually doing a lot of damage.

@hd we don’t have timesheets in the US

HR may organize a meeting with you and your people leader then. In Canada they have excel sheet for individuals. Imaging each column is a week, there is one row counting days of badge swipe, a second row counting leave/sick leave/etc those you input in the time sheet, and a third row is # of public holidays. The sum of these 3 rows are compared with the minimum compliance days (then 3 and now 4).

During a departmental meeting, I asked our director how the badge swipe average was calculated, in other words, what triggers the HR non-compliance letters. He said, in front of everyone, that's a secret and HR don't want us to know.

They need several warning emails because they are so bad about accurately reading badge swipes, they are wrong most of the time. So now we get to spend our time correcting their bad data without being able to see it instead of fixing quality.

You should only get one noncompliance email. The second one is for termination.

@c9 I read that you can't get unemployment if you refuse to RTO.

@af

Severance isn't a sure thing. Unemployment is, at least for a while.

@b9

Sounds like those people had useless do nothing LL6s who let that behavior happen. The LL6s should be fired too if not first.

LL6s like these are why RTO has been eliminated.

They don't let working from home because there were smart people who used to work at 2-3 jobs at the same time.

What's the point? He will be fired for cause, no severance, the best deal for the company.
