@35g there are several offshore multi teams, you can search multi contact in port browser and see them.
@1jh theres VTO for those that were not originally care - for some reason they are still coded as frontline. I was confused at first because I was like I haven't had VTO in like 4 yrs. lol

There is a ton of VTO in Verint, I have been able to leave early every day this week. I have been with Wayfair almost 5 years and never have they offered VTO in peak. Either they arent as busy as years gone by or offshore is taking the calls. I have heard they have an offshore multi team, so they could be handling the bulk of the calls. Who knows whats going on. TBH I am worried about January and what could be coming.
@1yp you have to go into Verint and go to My Time Off Calender. From there you have to change that drop down from CAN_PEL to VTO and change the month from 2 months to 1 month so you can see what’s offered. The VTO does go pretty quick so by the time some people check it says 0. It has been offered every day though. No emails sent or anything.
My last company offered VTO just like Wayfair is and then laid off the reps and supervisors/managers out of the blue. During this time though, a bunch off third party/offshore reps were popping up and taking over. I’m seeing the same exact thing and I do believe they will do layoffs come January or February. To go from telling us December is black out and we can’t take PTO to offering VTO pretty much everyday so far is weird. I don’t get the alerts or any emails that VTO is available but it has been there every single day, you have to check Verint and change the drop down from CAN-PEL whatever to VTO and then change the months from 2 months to 1 month in the drop down and you’ll see all the days offered. I refuse to stress myself out but I was definitely curious if anyone else saw what I’ve been seeing.
Do you guys know how to find vto?
Saturday was very busy. VTO was offered Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. Not a lot of hours but some.. Friday was entire day I believe. Frontline has everyday all day.
There is probably a reason some people are being offered VTO just saying 🤷🏼♀️ I worked OT on Saturday and it was slammed the entire shift. So maybe they are evaluating who is needed
There is literally no VTO for MC I don’t know what you guys are seeing

They are Trolling. No one was offered VTO.
@ww I didn’t get VTO offered either and it was actually busier then it normally is tonight
I didn’t get offered VTO and it was pretty steady the majority of the shift

Its so slow in MC they just offered VTO.
Im confused because Im getting calls pretty consistently. now that being said, I agree with all of you. But Im just trying to see why maybe some are getting more calls than others.
I can’t believe they get to take vacation during peak its sus.
Its insane what is happening right now. The L3 managers and L2 managers are nowhere to be seen, they are hiding from us and its very un-nerving. I am super worried about my metrics they are so bad right now. Come Jan I wont have a job with the way things are going.
Im sick to my stomach with whats going on, the metrics are changing day by day. More loopholes to get us fired. Odds are very stacked against us all in MC.
Wow just saw all the offshore MC teams, thats insane. Anyone know of any other depts hiring after peak?

Yes its very scary, I have gone 45 mins without a call. I bet we have major layoffs pretty soon. I have never worked a peak like this. Who is taking the calls?
