Has anyone received their Wave 1 letter today? Per Alicia's slide Wave 1 letters go today with off payroll date of October 10 for those not following the job to Dallas. I am expecting mine and curious if they started going out.

This actually makes sense since these cutbacks are happening due to needs of the business.
I got mine and heard 14 day notice is October 20 and off payroll November 3. So unprofessional and cold that the letters were not even personalized. Just a form letter to whom it may concern type of thing.

At least letters are finally being released so we start to know specific timeframes.

August 25 to decide. If you don't do anything, you'll be considered to decline it. If you accept and later rescind, you will forego severance.
If you decline, you will receive surplus letter "in the coming weeks/months," 14 days before off payroll date.
Leaders within BMO still trying to figure out if you can leave when you receive that letter (but before the off payroll date) and still get severance.
THEY CAME. ALICIA DIDNT EVEN SEND THE LETTER FROM HERSELF. IT COMES FROM ‘BUSINESS MARKETING” Wow such a personal approach. Anyone receiving a letter should have an attorney review it ASAP.
Not yet. Just another way to continue to torture her employees. Letters will come out when Alicia says so and not a moment before.I wouldn’t be surprise if we get them on tomorrow.
