Witty had a questionable background before he even came to UHC Optum. What an embarrassment that he was hired.
He should explain why there are so many VPs of Infosec, CISOs, Sr. Directors and still during the M&A for Change Healthcare they didn't properly identify the risk associated with the various control issues. Such as no isolation of the dev and prod environments. Too much politics and no accountability. Erik Montes de Oca Contreras was a lead for M&A, however, he was also coddled because of his relationship with Jairo Orea. Everyone had to give Erik help...magpie of a person who collected other's products and then just checked-marked his way through assessments and reviews.
