@truo+1vnojHv1 Just the opposite in my experience. We have contractors working two FT jobs at once…that’s how little DE work they’re actually doing. I’ve replaced two so far and just found out another one is working side gigs during DE hours. And she’s been a CW for 7 years.
There is plenty of room for more layoffs. This company is full of deadbeats. Need to utilize more contractor help. It will be much more efficient seeing as how contractors will really work and not just ride the company for a check.
