So many jobs expected a day shift changes for the mid year guys and new guys let go , I know senior guys who have been here 25 plus years who wouldn't apply for other departments that kept there shifts because the union gets more percent from their checks . Slow down to their place or slower if possible . Slow down until our demands are met 7 t.c are easy to do but why when our seniors are not and we are being shafted

Why not rally all the troops and kick the Union Out?
I’m 100% down but good luck getting these selfish single minded millennials on board.
We should only be doing 5 jobs a day. No more hazard pay. Poor work conditions. No communication from Sr Management. We don’t have the proper tools to do the job. We are told to leave customers without verifying service with VDO delays. You need to lock your meter up 3 or 4 times to get it to work. Yet we still need to get 8 jobs done a day. It’s not like the Union helps either. Why the f— we pay Union dues for no support from them either.
