@wkm+1g0xp2bJ actually you see this more than often, esp in very senior roles. And I believe it's one of the causes of the misery - those people don't know how it goes in other companies and are already blind to the issues they are seeing daily for 15+ years. For people on VP+ levels, it should be IMO mandatory to change the company every 5-ish years, to learn as many styles of management, etc. as possible. Because what we see here is just sad.
After I left Citrix I was so impressed my company had so many people 15-30 years at the company! This was so great to see! You never see this at Citrix! Run!
That is a long tenure for Citrix.
