Annandale is just an awful place. No company should be subjected to a place and su---r employees like what we have in Annandale. Handpicked gems of the worst kind.
Annandale is imploding on itself. The dog and pony show that YL and a$$lickers put on yesterday was just awful. Totally clueless management. They care about you. What BS. More people are leaving and they expect to do more with less. F them.
I’m waiting on two offers to finalize then I’m out. I’ve been so pleasantly surprised that there are other companies who value my skill set. It’s amazing how strong the Stockholm Syndrome to ExxonMobil can be.
I was surprised to see few executives who were working on advanced recycling/sustainability projects resigned recently while having 20++ years service in EM...either they realized that EM works in that field is more of greenwashing or they are also fed up with the company :p

New hires and applicants should think twice about working here. Its a total dumpster fire. Yes they may offer a nice salary with benefits but its not worth the extra hrs and toxic atmosphere. And at the end of the year they sp-t in your face with NSI and PIP
Attrition will continue until we are all replaced by an army of robot dogs
