I’m glad I’m leaving this mess. Good luck to the rest of you. Try to pocket other options, at least look around. God knows how this drama will resolve.

Someday you will also be a retiree and a piece of sh-t!
Good luck mate. I wish you well
@ufc, you spelled "riddance" wrong. Typical education of an Intel flunky.
@wdd - not all retirees, mostly just the MT's & GL's. I'll admit that the factories can't run w/out MT's but most are a negative asset. Here's the problem with most of the MT's over 40:
- Too slow
- Too fat & out-of-shape to do tool maintenance, repairs, recovery etc.
- Withholds info because they're afraid to pass it on
- Frequently on MLOA (probably faking the problem or the severity of it)
- When not on MLOA they're on VAC, PA, or Holiday - any reason to not be at work
- Extended lunches & breaks
- Puts too much focus on GC's, Ideations, SMBWA findings, and anything else to compensate for not really doing any work
- Spends too much time telling others how great they are/were
- Very opinionated & disgruntled
There's a MT's Under 40 List too - different issues but just as bad or worse.
The MT GL list is just as sad.
We are better without you. You do nothing. At the end, you take the money and run.
All the retirees are pieces of sh-t. They don’t deserve your or anyone’s respect
God has given hope for intel. Such a toxic place. Anyone and everyone, please work hard for interviews and leave. I am not that smart. I studied
Good ridance!!
Godspeed. I am sure we are worse off without you
