@wal+1w5bypB8 that attitude is why they're getting away with 90% of what they're getting away with. They've entered into a contract with us to exchange our labor, skills, and time for payment. If you're salaried the emphasis is on skills. If you're a wage employee, the emphasis is on time and labor. At no time ever have they acquired "ownership" of us in any way. But they seem to think and act like they have. And then you follow along with them agreeing the whole way.
As a singular employee your options are pretty limited since you're going up against an 800lb gorilla by yourself. If you group together, i.e. form a union. Now you've got a battle between Kong and Godizilla. You'll still lose some fights, but now you can at least win some of them.
