It had to happen. The old white man in legal affairs took renee Dotson and Shauna Macdougal on the most brazen boondoggle to the uk to attend his daughter’s wedding. On 3M’s money!! Yes that just happened. Renee was stupid enough to paste it all over viva (now deleted) ironically the comments are still there. Look for posts on July 16. She also has another gushing post worth seeing…

@17d tuff guy for BB. Lear Jet takes him to Maplewood, probably early Monday morning. Then he flies home probably Thursday night. Get to hang out on his yacht in the Gulf Friday to Sunday and collect a cool 20 million. Plus he may get a break on his state income taxes if he shows he works one day a week on his yacht. Meanwhile, labs run out of supplies and production facilities have equipment guards that need maintenance. Spend money on that? But noooooooo!

@t0 the hilarious thing is that the company itself is the status quo, and every person on the ground trying to do a great job and serve customers gets kicked down and backwards by our own red tape. Until we realise that we are our own worst enemy and let people get on with their jobs it will continue. Corporate non revenue generating functions need to be deleted and let the businesses get on with what they do best.

@t0 BB's Master Plan is to break up 3M into 4 to 6 pieces, collect his 20+ Million a year, then ride off into sunset on his mega yacht on the Florida Gulf Coast. BB is no visionary. He's an autocratic narcissist who loves hearing himself speak. Quiet Quitting is the only way to fight this kind of virus. He will fire your bosses because they can't meet his ridiculous targets. Make sure to get naps between meetings and send a few emails at 6 AM and again at 11 PM. That will fool a clown like him.

This era of leadership is completely absurd. The behaviors putting in place they are not implementing themselves or achieving. Challenge the status quo- I have not seen Bill do one thing we haven’t already said or done. There is nothing energizing about anything being done currently and we continue to struggle with delivering results. How do you follow a leadership team that creates objectives they don’t follow! This reminds me of the HR debacle in the news with the blind leading the blind. None of that is even NEW.
