To everyone at HQ—look at the grass in the courtyard. From far away, it looks green, but up close it’s full of weeds. That’s exactly what’s happening with our leadership. Just because someone has a fancy title—VP, SD, specially EVP—doesn’t mean they’re competent. Most of them are dead weight. The so-called elite of this company are like that weed-covered lawn: fake appearances hiding serious neglect.
And the worst part? They’re still pushing the same outdated, erroneous ideas we were doing 10 years ago. Nothing innovative. Nothing forward-thinking. Just recycled failures. There is no real future here—it’s a dinosaur waiting to go extinct. Someone needs to pull the weeds, but let’s not kid ourselves—it won’t be Isao. And as long as we keep following weak, misguided leadership, we’re all stuck in the same decay. It feels like leadership has dragged us straight back to 2015—back when we had to wear suits just to sit in a meeting. Again, outdated mindsets, recycled ideas, and the same tired strategies that didn’t work then and won’t work now. There’s no real innovation, no vision—just the same old playbook being run by people clinging to power.
