Audit loses another managing director

Audit is losing a managing director on CSBB team. The cover story seems fishy. Oh TAS drama how you never cease to entertain.

@w0 Nothing was said on my team why a couple of Senior Audit Managers left.

@v1 There are other senior audit managers that have done a disappearing act too not by choice.

I just heard a senior manager on the risk team was shown the door. She said it was a reduction in force. Seems fishy too.

@js That is the best description of Grant I have ever heard. True, very true. You called it, USAA clowns are not better just a different brand.

@js There is at least 9 MUFG people. There is probably more. I do not interact much with some of the audit teams. The USAA folks are not any better.

@g2 no, there are nice/reasonable people in TAS but some audit directors are on a power trip. You won’t understand how ridiculous you guys can be until you’re on the other side of it.

How many of the MUFG clowns are still left in audit? I’ll assume the USAA brand of clown isn’t much better. Grant is a shill, nothing more nothing less. Any recently graduated accounting major knows as much or more about risk management than he will ever know. Audit has been a clown show since Denise was brought in and still hasn’t recovered.

@g2 People do not hate TAS. People hate the unfair treatment from and in TAS. Compliance gets away with everything because Grant still looks out for them. He is the former Compliance Officer. Some people are incompetent but got promoted because of who they know. When you see it and you leave. There is no winning. You cannot outperform favoritism.

TAS is Mean Girls. You have the different cliques: USAA, MUFG, legacy employees, and everyone else. Either you are in the ruling clique on your team or you are nobody and it does not matter what you do, you cannot outperform favoritism.

@bk Just keep your head in the sand and hope you keep getting paid then. You're a nobody.

@b8 I see plenty of names posted here...just never know who any of them are

@b9 I wish the replacement was a Wells Fargo person. They promoted a USAA Director. The CSBB audit team plays favorites with the USAA folks.

@b4 You cannot post names on here but the former chief audit executive brought over a bunch of people. Many left but still some here. Look at an org chart for corporate functions audit team. There is a managing director with no direct reports on the risk audit team. Many of them were from TD prior to MUFG.
