It used to be that Z trains had the best power on them. What happened? Nobody is fixing anything anymore?!! Maybe something to do with daily quotas are getting in the way?

The employees have a 500 million dollar lawsuit going full blasts against the UP for the problems with the Management in regards to what has been know for a awhile. You know what's up.

@vz so you're saying it's just par for the course for any mechanical management team really. Crunch and manipulate to achieve numbers, harassment and threats to those not abiding. Then label them as bad actors and not team players so no further questions are needed out the door. Can't get in the way of bonuses, some of the managers and senior leaders have lifestyles to uphold and are accustomed too.
LA Basin Mech Dept- Wabtec/GE Reps performing ILP Work Task audits.. Pencil whipping & taking credit for work performed to meet Productivity Metrics & kick out units are under scrutiny. All the while Management is handing out Coaching’s & Critical’s under gise of Safety/Policy & Proceedure’s violations. A Harassive & Hostile work environment taken to a whole new level.
Had a UP customer reach out to me to ask why they haven’t been getting regular rail service 2-3 times a week. Said no one has come by to pick-up and set-out railcars in over a week and he has called the local Houston managers and all they have are promises and excuses.
Told him they are trying to fire everyone and probably dont have any crews that know what they’re doing, and all the managers much less!
Houston is a mess right now!!
