The cowards in management are doing everything they can to avoid a severance to those who have put years into this company to get it to a position to be acquired for $4B. Shankar and Norlin are absolute cowards with no morals or appreciation for the people who do the work.

Quiet firing , some with ndas. Ben is king of the quiet firing.
Have any layoffs happened yet or are they only "quiet firing" people on the sales team?
Just remember that KKR is driving this cashflow extraction process, based on what they've done with other acquisitions in the past. When they're done, Omnissa will be a hollowed out shell. Ready for the next fool to acquire the remnants and leverage those assets.
Is this really the case? Come on how hard is it to meet your KPIs
Severance packages are not an option and they’re being creative in finding ways to lower performance ratings so they can let you go for nothing legally.
Does not surprise me at all... they will do everything they can to avoid that including changing people's job description and other scams to lead to employees dismissal. They are hoping to flip Omnissa to a buyer or offload it for a profit somehow and for that to happen they need to make a company with declining revenue look profitable. Do the math...
