@vul+1rrhNVN5 I think it depends on what you mean by "outsourcing". Do you mean they will be taking all of CTO and rebadging them to Cognizant/laying off everyone and going to Cognizant? Do you mean doing this with only some people? or do you mean they are just going to start hiring from Cognizant?
What exactly did you hear?
hBBT was outsourcing their IT operations and engineering to Cognizant at least a decade prior to the merger even being announced. This is nothing new.
If you wish for peace, prepare for battle and secure alternatives outside of Truist.
