I have worked at Williams nearly a year after college, these stories about the president are probably untrue. He acts with Integrity and always greets us by name. Williams is a great place to work!

I also worked in the industry for 40+ years and he was absolutely the whiniest CEO ever. He actually recounted a story (to the troops) about the corporate jet needing a fuel pump somewhere and he had to spend a terrible night in a hotel that didn't have hot water (WA WA). Maybe he should consider saving the company the money it takes to buy, maintain, fuel, insure and staff 2 Cessna Citation Jets.

Worked in this industry for 45 years and he is the worst leader I have ever seen.

Of course he was doing it protect himself, duh

At the time, I didn’t know he was doing it for personal reasons. I thought he was doing it strictly for the good of the company - look how that turned out. He was undermining to avoid scrutiny and to protect his power.That is not leadership. It’s unbridled ignorance by one at the expense of many.

BS article everyone internally and half the world knew he was dead set against it from the start. How is that news now and how could you expect less from someone sitting on top of the hill.

Greed and ignorance - bad enough. At the expense of the innocent worker’s future - unforgivable. How much $$$$$$$ and power is enough for such human composts? Makes me livid.
