Placeholder for EUC is Broadcome EUC while it is under strategic review. No change to Compensation.

no bonus increase or no bonus at all?
So you feel screwed because you did not get let go? You do not get rewarded for sitting on your hands doing nothing and hoping for a payday. If you don't want to be part of the future then leave! EUC and/or CB does not need your work ethics. Heck they do not need your personal ethics either.
LOL loser

EUC got screwed bigtime...no choice of severance was injustice when rest of company got that choice. Same with raised bonuses and RSUs. EUC leaders let us down.
“I just declined my read only, no action required "letter of continuation". Now what ?”
I’m pretty sure it’s not an offer letter that you can choose to accept or decline. You have been told your job continues. No option to take severance!
I just declined my read only, no action required "letter of continuation". Now what ?
CB & EUC must be quoted standalone (when quoting begins again), says it all really

Basically business as usual until Broadcom sold EUC. Not sure how many more months it will last?
there is no RSU no bonus period! We have to make do with just the base. And on top of that everything else is inferior, holidays, medical insurance and what not.
No RSU's for EUC, but no affect to bonus. Or at least they didn't say so in the letter.
I'd anticipate a "strategic review" will not delay headcount cuts. BC has to get EUC costs in line with the market opportunity and no PE suitor is going to absorb the lay-off costs.
I just wish that the EUC leaders were in the loop so they don't have to fabricate details.
Confirmed
"No change to Compensation."
Really? That seems highly unlikely since bonuses and RSUs will be impacted.

Another rumor. Did this once also come from Rob Ruelas?
Seems like the EUC leaders are trying to avoid further employee attrition by providing speculative updates, in the absence of any meaningful information coming from Broadcom Software managers. This may encourage older (close to retiring folks), but I see more younger employees are eager to get their severance and leave our BU.
