A name a lot of folks are likely familiar with. I know this is an AT&T layoff board but the guy didn’t leave here that long ago and it’s not like he left as a different person. Whatever personal and not business related misconduct he did at Synchronoss, he probably did at AT&T. Wonder how many lives have been ruined because of continued bad decisions??!!

Poor guy. He lea reed leadership in a company in which executives have a lower conduct requirement than regular workers. Apparently no one at Synchronoss told them they don’t operate that way.

But, your point about already having millions is correct. Not like the guy will ever need to work again. His reputation is ruined though publicly and who knows what will come out - when these execs do bad things, hitting them in the ego is where it hurts the most.
I’m sure that he was allowed to keep his bonuses and stock options. He already has millions from AT&T and perks for life. He’ll use his AT&T connections to come back as a consultant. He’ll land on his feet with no legal liability!!
AT&T will take him back! There is no COBC at AT&T!!
Expect lawsuits and #MeToo. This guy had a history. Also, who knew what and when in all the companies he was in.
