So what’s up with posts being removed? There have been several that have disappeared. The most recent was about the former ATT VP that has a pending lawsuit against the company. Wonder who takes posts like that down?

As union membership decreases around the country draconian sweatshop work rules rise. The inequality between the 1% and everyone else is widening. How do you think Unions came about in this country?
Yes there are some bad eggs in unions but is that any different than any company or board room in America? Corruption should be dealt with on an individual basis in both cases but I only see union officials in the news getting charged. C-suite & boards aren’t accountable for their criminal or unethical decisions.
We are going back to the Lord and serfs days or more recent, the Robber Barons. Thousands if not millions of Americans are paying the price.
H1B visas are here to stay. The government makes way too much money on the sponsorship fees. It’s a shame that those people are indebted to a horrible employer like for T for seven years for a mere $1500.00. The new indented servitude and slavery in the US.
Quote scripture and it is deleted as quick as a coon devours grapes.
because the truth cannot be spoken on this site.
You can create them all you want....they still take them down. There cowards!
Why do trolls care about their posts being removed when they can just create another one?
Yep, neither had any names or anything bad but were removed....
Since the site is about force adjustment, almost all of these posts could be considered off-topic. But, the lack of on-topic posts indicates all quiet on the layoff front, and that's good news for the people that are employed by AT&T.
Theys watching, it’s what they do to folks. Working folks work, watchers watch folks and mess with ya.
Hearing a rumor Costco is about to run out of tin foil.
There are at least two threads here about that suit filed, so I think its safe to say no one is trying to cover it up. More likely the post violated the site rules. i.e. named the persons involved.
- mentioning a unified contract date will get you squashed here too.
H1Bs always trigger ethnic discussion as we all know there is one ethnic group that dominates the H1B pool... and that always end in fights, etc.i honestly wish we can have civiplized discourse but i dont think that's will ever be the case. also, as soon as yous start with this, potus name becomes a topic, etc...
Anyhow, I am on TheLayoff since 2015 and here are some tips:
- dont use names or any personal info (c-level is ok, they are public figures)
- dont discuss politics, race, religion
- do not threaten others, do not talk about violence or destruction
- use only english
i think that's it... there are rules in the footer and there is a #censor hashtag where youccansee more of rules, etc. hope this helps
Ones about the H1B visa only hiring too, got to wonder if it hit a nerve.
I replied to post and now original post is gone. It didn't contain anything bad
