After Arthur joining Puma as the CEO, they have made another good appointment by hiring Andreas. If Bjørn keeps peeing off adidas talent he will indirectly be responsible for Puma’s resurgence.

@vq+1k1j4yxd3 They don’t care about brand loyalty. They use brand loyalty as a leverage to keep employees under control so that they can earn their paycheck without any headache because people are loyal, and they can leave for a better paycheck without caring about loyalty. It is for their own comfort & benefit. None of the leaders care if Adidas wins or goes bankrupt.
@vq to be honest, when the CEO has already moved back and forth between puma and adidas, the concept of employee loyalty to one company doesn’t mean a lot to me
Its a bit of a joke that they insist on brand loyalty for the rest of the company
Maybe a prelude to the future of adidas’s board when Bjørn decides to leave, with Arthur taking the top spot - Andreas (or better still, Brendan M) would be better than the current SVP of Operations….
Remains to be seen if papa Andreas will do well there. He does not have the minions he had in adidas and needs to truly build relationships with stakeholders, which is not his strengths.
Hopefully he gets some toxic leaders with him.
The revolving door is getting pretty funny.
But it’s also going the other way. A few other senior leaders recently hired from Puma (APP Sourcing and Basketball GM come to mind).
