I am starting my training on Feb 2nd working from home as customer service specialist! I’m so happy and blessed to have found another WFH opportunity! This will be my 4th employer that I have WFH for! I hope I can build here and take my learning to even bigger heights <3

Congratulations on becoming a corporate slave, where the only difference between back then and now, is that you are expected to house and feed yourself!
"take my learning"
Fu-k off
@x8 haha too bad you can’t change the horrible reputation of Comcast customer dis-service. You belong there. Congrats.
@vp Too bad you can only complain and can’t change anything Hahaaaaa
Many of us are jaded by our experience at Comcast, but it’s still a good entry level job for many and you can learn valuable skills in these customer service roles. I started out in one and was able to significantly progress my career over time. It’s not easy and times are different than when I started, but calling someone another mediocre internal customer service rep is a bit harsh. I hope this individual finds success at Comcast. However, I would caution new hires to be alert to a challenging environment within the company these days and to develop skills, take advantage of educational opportunities, and have a backup plan in case you find yourself laid off in the near future. I personally would not return there because of the uncertainty that exists today, but if you’re just starting your career, use Comcast to better yourself then move on.
Proof that Comcast continues to pour money into “dead” technology/service. Instead of investing in fiber, in house engineers, they hire more mediocre internal customer service reps who are synonymous with horrible service; to “serve” their dwindling customer base.
Congrats !!! I’ve been wfh too here for 3 years “
