@vp Hi, I was referring to UK terms reduced from 6wks per year to 3wks per year just after reinvent. Would be interested to hear US terms myself.

@qx yes same as outer London allowance (RIP) and ACB and wellbeing allowance - all ways of increasing package whilst keeping pensionable salary suppressed

@ew car allowance is part of uk comp for certain grades. It should just be part of salary but keeping it out let's them never increase it with inflation and also means its not included in base for benefits calculations based on %age of salary.

@c2 overall acb pot was cut this time. Final salary was removed last time. Redundancy payout terms halved last time. Car allowance and wellness allowance etc never increase with inflation so real terms cut there too every year. Hardly any company paid social events any more.
