Can someone give me a legitimate source show where Mike Wirth sold half his shares?

Wirth sold like 2% of his shares. Nice try though.

Worth know like all of us that the price is coupled to oil price. He is just diversifying his portfolio.

Problem today is that corporate boards hand out stock to the insiders like it’s candy. The insiders no longer have a need to buy any stock because they are given so many shares for free for showing up to work every day.

Mr. Wirth is an insider. His transactions are reported on an SEC Form 4 filing. Anyone can view these online. Try a search string with his name and “SEC filing”. Presto. Always good to know what CEOs are up to but there many reasons to sell stock.

I like the way Peter Lynch put it (paraphrased): “There are many reasons corporate leaders sell their company stock, but only one reason they buy it; because they are expecting a good return”.
